Land Registration (Amendment) Rules 2008
The Land Registration Act 2002
is now in force - with effect from Monday 13 October 2003. It has been
amended by the addition of a further "interest which overrides" because
of the decision of the House of Lords in the Aston
Cantlow Case. Note also, the Land Registration (Amendment) Rules 2008,
come into force November 2008.
This is a collection of materials concerning the proposals for and gradual
